The 26' Pacific HT was the perfect boat for my family (wife, 5 kids, friends, dogs, gear, etc.) when we bought it new in 2007, and we've had 13 fantastic seasons in Maine with it. Kids are now grown - last one headed to college in two weeks - and we're relocating to the DC area. So, it's time to part with the boat.
The boat has been moored in Casco Bay, Maine, for four months or so every summer, and professionally maintained/stored at Yarmouth Boat Yard (where I originally purchased it from Jay) in fall/winter/spring. 250 hp Suzuki has about 630 hours with zero issues. 2.5+ knots per gallon throughout cruising range, tops out around 39 kts at 21 gph. All new Raymarine electronics in 2018 (Axiom 12.1" display, Quantum radar, RealVision3D transducer; $6,095 total). All new cushions ($1,800) two months ago. Lenco trim tabs, Armstrong dive ladder.
With original Shoreland'r bunk trailer (which would need reconditioning for regular towing; I use it twice a year to go two miles to launch/retrieve boat).
It's in the water now, will pull it near the end of this month and have it winterized. If not sold by then, I'll likely turn it over to Yarmouth Boat Yard to sell as I'll be out of the area. Added a few pictures; also have a couple of videos of the boat underway showing fuel burn @ 24 & 31 kts cruise.

A couple of folks have asked about whether the trailer is road-worthy for New England / Northeast (to trailer it back). For a buyer I am happy to take it to our local experts where we have all of our trailers serviced to ensure it is ready for the trip home.
