Looking for The best stainless steel latch

I need a latch for my tuna door. I haven't found anything great yet, so I figured with the wealth of knowledge we have on the board I would see what you guys suggest.

G'Day Bob,
Looks to be a pretty solid door. I would look at a "Highfield Lever" type catch. Anything else will surely rattle. Or you could go cheap & simple with a shockcord loop over a peg.

Here are a couple of pictures from a boat we are working on at the moment, Maybe you could use either of these ideas. The Walkthru is attached using pull apart hinges. The rubber latch is a Southco Product.

Good pic's Bevan. I have seen those rubber latches on other boats before and really like them. The Fisheries guys up here have them on their storm window boxes and other boxes on deck etc.
