Weekend Fluke

#1

Post by AlloyToy »

Decided to take my Dad and youngest son on an afternoon Fluke trip.

Left Sat. afternoon from Pt. Judith RI and headed for the south shore beaches.

The bet was that the first fish in the boat earned a "Fin"!!!!

We made our way down the beach to 50 feet of water and dropped our Tsunami spinner/squid combo's

BANG!!! Youngest hooked up!!! He's ecstatic knowing that he's about to grab a five from dad!!

What do you know a 21" Keeper !!! In the box it goes............

The rest of the day way a steady pick of fish with a 10:1 catch to keeper ration. Rec.'s can keep 20" fish..........the majority of the catch was 19" fish............UH!!! All-n-all came home with some great fillets for dinner, great laughs, and just a great relaxing day on the water!!

Alloy boat, kids, smiling faces, fish on board ........... Priceless
Being able to have three generations of family on board is just so awsome.

Thankyou for sharing.
