I've thought about doing that on every boat I've ever owned but never got around to it. It would be great for washing away the salt build-up when spray is coming over the bow. You gonna do it?

I could see it now, next Alloy will want to put the little wipers on his lights, like a BMW.
Don't forget to add the windshield fluid low light onto your dash. All Phun aside, its a really good idea. Alloy.

Re: Wiper Fluid Pump
IF you have a pressured fresh water system, like most of the pilothouse models, it is easy to tap into the cold water line and add a solenoid operated valve. From the valve all you do is run a line to the windshield wipers. The pressure from the main pump operates the washers. But if you live in the cold climate you need to remember to drain the lines in the winter.
IF you don't have a pressurized fresh water system it is still easy. Just get an aftermarket or salvage yard automotive WW reservoir and an after market pump and some tubing and you are good to go.
My EagleCraft has WW on all three wipers and they are very, very nice.

We use an AFI washer Kit, we use to get automotive washer kits but they were normally a horrible price. So I just use this kit and it works well
