New Motors for the Cat
Thanks for all of the input on motors, and have decided on the twin 300 Suzuki. I will be able to post a link on here for progress on the build for those of you who are interested. Can't wait for June 1st.

What is the break in time on these outboards? I know our D-4's got stronger as we put on more hours on them. Is there any particular way to break these in? thanks.

Usually 20 hours of very moderate use then an oil change, from there I think they want no long duration full throttle operation for another period. If you go to Suzuki's website you can download a pdf of the owners manual that will give you all the info.
