How old is my Valco model A 12 ?

I just bought a 12' Valco and trailer for $100 and was curious how old this boat is ? Oh, and there's no year listed on the title. I hope you can give me a general range of how old it is based on the model number of" A 12".
so yester day I got this , I assume for cheap , I also have a buddy in the sierras with a 9.5 hp johnson for $75 I'll get next weekend

That looks like MINE!!! I bought it back in 1965, I truck (1949 Chevy split window 216ci 6 and 3 speed) topped it on a stake system...had a 1959 10HP Johnny...that brown color aluminum cased motor and old metal tanks with glass level needle windows...sold her in 1975. I think you paid what I paid new in 65...I think! Sure brings back some good thoughts...did a science project of salinity and O2 in Los Angeles harbor where the outfalls were for my college oceanoghy class had all kinds of gadgets on board in the middle of all the BIG SHIPS...USCG came by to see what I was doing and checked my safety gear too. That was 1973.
