Will there be any issues of an alloy hull bonded with a composite superstructure?

Its a pretty common detail. As always bonding to ali is the tricky bit but can be done with proper prep work. Typically you need to double up with mechanical fasteners (which is actually required by most standards when joining separate FRP hull and deck parts). A 1/2 inch bolt every 8 inches will do the job.
