Next week starts the Seattle Boat Show. It runs from 27th thru the 5th Feb.Any one else going? Any interest for a beer at the Pyramid Brewery? I plan on being there for a day or two or three depending on free tickets I receive. One day I will spend a few hours selling Jim's Break away Flashers by QCove at Sportco's booth

I'm heading down with a guide buddy of mine for the day on Monday. Meeting up with goatram and checking out Tower Todd's tuna seminar. Staying the night and hitting a few tackle stores Tuesday morning and heading back to Canuckville. Totally stoked to meet goatram and hopefully quite a few other folks. Should be a great trip  !!!

Ken aka Flasher and I will be going to the Portland show on Thursday 9 Feb. He to look at it for his QCove Flashers and I to see the show and Meet up with you. I will have a pattern of my aft gunnel for a quote for the cleaning table tackle station riser. Be cause of the Self Bailing deck I raised the floor 4.5"; Me being 6'3" I want the table set to my height to clean fish.

As to the Seattle Show 4 pm at the brewery for a meet and greet. I am going to the Sportsman show in the morning as it stands now. The Appointment with the doc on Friday might change the morning plans but not the afternoon one.

That was it, two boats? Sportman's show down south is likely better for alloy . . . ?

Wish Bevan would bring a boat sometime, that would perk things up.

No Bob there are a lot more aluminum boats there. I am not done taking pictures as I am heading back tomorrow with John aka Sculpin23.

Pete that is a cool little boat model Hopefully Russ will stop by and explain it better. It was cut out of .020" SHEAT 1/5 SCALE using their cut plan shrunk down. All of the sheet pieces required for a big build where cut and delivered to the shop. The thin sheet is real hard to weld up without warping

As I write this I am loading bunches onto Photobucket...it is going to take some time. I would like to say that I had a good time talking with the dealers as I didn't get to meet many factory guys...I was impressed with the knowledge of the Stabilcaft sales staff and of course Coldwater. The others I spoke with it seemed I knew more about their boats then they did...just a general observation and based solely on who I talked to which was not all.

Had a good meet and greet at the Pyrimid, good food and good talk...goatram will surely jump in and say who all was there as honestly the first time meeting I don't remember everyone's name and association..sorry it is just that way!

Well let's see if can post some more pics! Capt PJ
