Hello Ed, it depends on where you live......... I would check out Chaps Boat Builder Thread.

viewtopic.php?f=4&t=169

Contact one If slow enough they may take the build on....... Or they may recommend a good local builder.

Chaps is very knowledgeable I would PM him too....... Me I am just the peanut gallery trying to help.

Now I know I am getting a little nosy. Which Cope Designs are you looking at??????

Eddy talk to Coldwater, Bruce might be able to help. another builder is Bean Marine Fabrication in Clarkston. Small Builder Does nice work. Clarkston and Lewiston Sister cities on the Snake River have a lot of boat building companies in the area. so the metal and bending and windows companies are close to them.

I'm getting a quote from Barbary Cove in WA right now on a 23' Winter Harbour. They have even done a JV with Cope on another boat design they call an SUV. Give me your email and I'll send some pics.

Thanks guys, I am looking at the 26 Wa that cope has. I currently have a panga marine 23ft its a great boat but looking for a bigger boat as my family is getting a little bigger.

@JJ225 - that will be great please email me at -- eddie_1681@yahoo.com

How is your boat coming along goatram?

Another question is , will there be any problems with the width of the boat being towed? The reason I ask is the 26WA from Cope is about 10'6 beam is that going to be ok to tow or does it need one of those oversize signs

Thanks again guys

oversize signs and permits.

Boat is coming along with fish boxes being built today and tomorrow. need the drains and Spray bar for the transom box installed before they are set in place. Then the floors and structure can be cut to fit and welded in.
