I agree, Dave. OB's are the way to go for a 28' boat in my opinion.

Looks like some sort of "V-Hull" at the bow. Yes, outboards would be nicer on that boat. Yank out the stern drive & make it storage/ fishlocker type set-up. Another deal only found on the left coast.
