This development is huge and the Gulf States should benefit tremendously: gcaptain

Hundreds of Thousands of Liberal Degrees, $100k loan debt, and no prospects. Guy or gal who enjoys working outside with a MM Degree, CG Cert, etc., making bank. The Education emphasis is on the wrong syllable is all.
