Here is the Nesting File (done by hand) for the 1/4" and 5/16" hull components ready to be cut on our router table.
We use both imperial and metric and prefer metric. This boat is metric 9.912 meters so 32'6". The 6" deep frames are actually 150mm
We settled on router table as there is no heat distortion (plasma) and not foreign material introduced (water jet).
We've cut the 1/4" and one of the 5/16" x 5' x 27' plates but these plates are not flatten properly so I may send them back and change the nesting so we can use 5/16" x 5' x 20' plates instead.
Below are the 1/4" frames and the 5/16" long bulkheads slotted (egg crated) together.
I wasn't sure if this would work. The alternative was to spit the frames into 3pcs. The 5/16 x 16' long bulkheads have a 22 degree bend. This keeps them perpendicular to the hull plate while still leaving room for the fuel tanks. Other than wresting with the curved 5/16" plate it went together easier than I thought.
Frame 1 (at the bottom of the picture) has what is call "a floor" tacked in place. FYI...it(the floor) is 2x bigger than it has to be. Floors are used to reinforce the connection between the 2 side of a frame. Like a collar tie does in a roof truss.
Frame 6 (at the top) is one of the water tight bulkheads.
Frames 2,3,5 are under the fuel tanks as such will have smaller floors added later.
Frame 4 is between the fuel tanks is 13 3/4" (350mm) deep. It has a 3/8 x 2" flat bar welded to the top as a flange.

This is small pcs (33" with a 7/8" bow) of the 5/16"x 5' x 27' Plate that wasn't flattened properly.

The framing and longitudinals of the "THE BEAST"
This all gets wrapped with 5/16" (8mm) 5086 plate.
The longitudinal are "tacked". If needed the tacks can be broken in order to move the longitudinals in or out thus ensuring both the frames and the longitudinals fully support the plate.
We use aluminum angle to support the deck rather than forming a flange at the top of the frames.
At this point the angles are "tacked" in place. Once the hull is rolled we double check the angles to make sure everything is straight and flat to before welding the angles in place and installing the deck.
The weld smoke is removed. This keeps things clean but it also tells me that the person welding has taken the time to scan their work to ensure there are no imperfections.

Some very nice chunks of Stainless.
These are 1 kw Furuno Transducers with "Chirp" technology
Each needs a 3 3/4" mounting hole in the hull. One is 50mhz and the other 200mhz
