Correct Propeller Size...

I recently installed a 2008 Yamaha F60TLR on my 19' Bayrunner center console. The motor came off a twin engine RIB boat and I believe the propeller size is wrong. I'm getting 30mph at 5200 rpm on nice flat water with two people and the bait tank full of water but it doesn't have enough hole shot as it is and with more weight may not power up the back of a swell in a following sea. I wonder if anyone has a similar boat and engine and can recommend a good prop size. It currently has a 10 1/2 X 14 3 blade aluminum prop. Thanks for any help.

is that full throttle on flat water and is that motor rated at 6000 RPMS?
If it is, your over propped.
You should be able to hit full throttle or right close to it with a lite load but not over rev.

I had a 1985 18 bay runner CC with a merc 50 on it and would hit about 32 mph with 2 guys bait tank and lite gear.
