1998 Valco Bayrunner leaning pad removal

I am in need of replacing my, I'll call it a leaning pad, on my Bayrunner Baja. This pad is attached to the live well. I have looked for a way to remove it so I may get upholstered. As far as I can tell, the foam is glued to plywood, and the plywood is attached (somehow) to a piece of angle iron, which is attached (somehow) to the live well. I have spent a good amount of time looking for a way to remove it. There are no obvious bolts/screws that I see to undo it. Does anyone have previous experience with removing one of these? Thanks

They were built as a single unit. Take the canvas and foam off and you will find the screws.
