Re: Seattle Boat Show

How is it going Mike? I was there on Tuesday and it is sized way down. I'm thinking that Seattle has a larger population of people that have a higher income that it will be a better show. Product sales will be slower then last year, but I think the vendors/dealers will have a higher level of optimis...

Re: ColdWater 3300 WalkAround

Russ, are your boats self-bailing and do you inject flotation under the floor like Pacific?

I do love my Pacific but as I get older I need to be closer to a head and more out of the elements as well.

Re: ColdWater 3300 WalkAround

Not trying to high jack this great thread but it dawned on me as I was reading it that there are a number of us AABers who will be attending the Seattle Boat Show at the end of January and how great it would be if we could get together. Since I don't live in Seattle and don't know any of the Seattl...

Re: ColdWater 3300 WalkAround

Hi Folks, I met these guys when I was talking to Pacific about my boat. They are neighbors with them. Nice folks!!!!!!!!! I really wanted a 33 or 37 but I would have had to get the other half to be a streetwalker to afford it. But really for the money and quality that they do, Coldwater is a great v...

Washington Catfishing PIC

So the other day I decided to just get away form the typical grind and go up river to try some good ole' catfishing. It was warm and the wind laid down real nice. I was just soaking it all in when my rod takes a dive. A short battle insued and and to the net comes this thing  ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ...

Re: Oversized fishing video

What do you use for bait?? We have a shad run of about 3 million+ in the Columbia. They range in size from 3 to 6 pounds. We catch a bucket full of them first thing in the morning, then run down river and fish the larger ones whole. Sometimes we'll split them length wise and make a "shad taco&...

Yea! don't run into one. The largest last year was 15 foot and estimated to be 925 pounds. Trashed three Penn 320 reels in that week. Changed to Shamino TLD 25 for them.
