Customer photos and letter - BIG COD!

#1

Post by Jay Perrotta »

Got a nice letter and some pics from one of our customers - thought I'd share...

"Hi Jay ! I was just on you’re web sight and read about “ History “. Very interesting and a great story. Hope things are going well for you and you’re family. It’s been a very long cold winter, and I’m sure you, like me, are quite anxious to get back on the water. Nicole and I had a great season last year on our 23’ Pacific. This boat is every thing you said it was and more. Every trip on the water ( 63 trips to be exact, and 301 hours on the hour meter) was a pleasure in this boat. Extremely steady, fast, dry and safe. Despite the fact that I’m alone on about 75 % of my trips, I never had a single problem launching or loading by myself. I fished up to 32 miles off shore and lobstered close to shore and just about everywhere in between. We caught cod, haddock, cusk, wolfish, redfish, mackerel, stripers, bluefish and blackfish down in RI. A friend of mine welded a SS davit for me and I installed a Hydro-slave electric hauler. She makes an awesome lobster boat too. Every where I go with this boat, I’ve had folks comment/compliment our boat. Hopefully that has generated some business for you"

He's from NH but trailers as well - you two, along with George, would be peas in a pod..

Of course NMFS would have to downgrade the cod stocks...

Great boat, great looking family, great fish, and great indestructable inexpensive and underappreciated ugly sticks....well I guess I should start another thread on the sticks...

Nice Steakers there Jay! Real SLOBS! Is the camera date wrong or was that trip from last year. Never the less, were they on the jig or most on bait???

Camera date was wrong that was last year.

I wasn't onboard (thus all the pictures of large fish!)...

I don't know what they were using - I sent Paul (gent in first pic and boat owner) a link to AAB and hope he joins!

Jay, he's here. I believe he's joined the clan. The the AAB.com Clan, pilliging fish from the frozen Northland to beyond the Mexican border.

C'C'mon!
